We hired Kyra as Rami came in and was ready to hold our hands on our first kitchen remodel. They were higher than the other quotes for a kitchen remodel, but we thought the extra attention justified the cost.
Rami also had a creative side that the other contractors did not. He went with us to pick backsplash and countertops and explained why certain colors would or would not work.
Rami caught our attention by saying that he was very detailed and we are too. We did run into issues as the crew that work for him are very good, but we found that they were sometimes lacking in the same detail. We were able to bring these concerns up with Kyra and have most things fixed to our liking.
We found that you need to come in after a days work to inspect so issues do not get too far down the line to fix, but I feel like this is for any contractor you work with.
